Thema: Lernstrategien

Lies Dir zunächst den Wikipedia-Artikel zum Thema »Lernstrategien« durch, um Dir einen Überblick zu verschaffen.

Bereite danach einen Kurzvortrag vor, bei dem Du eine Lernstrategie Deiner Wahl vorstellst, die Du für besonders wichtig oder interessant hältst. Stelle dabei die Methode/Strategie allgemein vor, versuche aber auch konkrete praktische Anwendungsbeispiele für Schule und Studium zu finden.

Sehr spannend wäre es natürlich, wenn Ihr Lernstrategien vorstellt, die Eurer Meinung nach in der Schule nicht oder zu wenig zum Tragen kommen.

Year 11's little Friday poetry workshop

Task 1::

As already discussed in class, write your own poem in English. You're completely free in terms of subject, form, length etc. It can be romantic, funny, reflective, political, silly...

Write your poem on a piece of paper and hand it in at the end of the lesson. If you prefer to type it, send it to me via email.

When you're finsihed writing, check out the internet for poetry in English. Try to find a poem you like. Be ready to report to the class about it and say what you like about it.

Ich möchte Euch eine sehr empfehlenswerte Website der BBC vorstellen, die Ihr zur selbständigen Arbeit im Bereich Hörverstehen und Wortschatz nutzten könnt. Sie heißt "Words in the News" und Ihr findet sie hier:

Bearbeitet in der heutigen Stunde hier in der Lernwerkstatt folgende Texte:

"Saudi women campaign for the right to drive" (vom 20.09.13)

"What next for the royal baby boy?" (vom 23.07.13)

1. Hört Euch im ersten Schritt den Text einfach nur an (ohne mitzulesen).

2. Hört erneut und lest mit. Achtet auf die fettgedruckten Wörter.

3. Erarbeitet Euch nach dem 2. Hördurchgang im unteren Teil der Seite unter der Überschrift "Vocabulary" die fettgedruckten Wörter. Ein Klick auf das "+"-Symbol öffnet ein Ausklappfeld, in dem die Wörter erklärt werden. Schreibt alle vorher unbekannten Wörter auf. Schlagt ggf. auf www.dict.cc die deutsche Bedeutung nach. Lernt zuhause die neuen Vokabeln!
